• Acknowledge that AI systems will analyze your submissions

You must not upload:

• Offensive or harmful material

5. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

Cybrik IELTS uses Artificial Intelligence to generate:

• Model answers
• Vocabulary suggestions

Important:

• AI-generated scores are estimates only.
• They do not guarantee actual IELTS exam results.
• Official exam scores are determined solely by authorized IELTS examiners.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific band scores
• Visa approval
• Admission outcomes

6. Subscription & Payments

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
• Fees are displayed before checkout.
• Subscriptions may be recurring unless cancelled.

Failure of payment may result in suspension of access.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified:

• Payments are non-refundable.
• Partial usage of the platform does not qualify for refunds.
• Refunds (if applicable) are granted at our sole discretion.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
